Vic: Fatal crash in Clunes

A 64-year-old woman died today after the car she was driving was involved in a collision
with a four wheel drive near Ballarat.

Police say they're investigating the accident that's thought to have occurred about
8.45am (AEDT) in Clunes.

The woman, a Clunes resident, died at the scene, while the driver of the four wheel
drive was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Police have not released the dead woman's name.

Her death brings Victoria's road toll to 386, compared to 356 the same time last year.
