NSW: ABA hands down cash for comments inquiry report

Australia's broadcast watchdog has imposed two new conditions on radio 2UE's licence
following the cash-for-comments inquiry into commercial deals by its stars ALAN JONES
and JOHN LAWS.

The ABA found dozens of breaches of the commercial radio code of practice including
accuracy and fairness of news and current affairs programs.

Tthe authority has ordered the station to disclose all commercial agreements entered
into by its presenters or program producers and a compliance program to monitor its implementation.
